Great location right next to the highway. The people are really nice, great breakfast and she actually made the waffles for us. Yeah the place could really use a refresh but it's super clean and comfortable.

Good, quiet, and safe place with clean rooms, nearby shopping, and fast food restaurants. Quick checking staff, and a good breakfast. Will be returning to this location in the future.

Very pleasantly surprised. Hardest thing about this hotel was finding it as it's located in an industrial area just off a main road. But everything else was OUTSTANDING. First off, the hotel passed my cleanlinsss test -- walking barefoot in my room and my feet stayed clean. (That's a rarity even in the best of hotels.) The beds were very comfortable. Everyone slept soundly all night long. The service at breakfast was fabulous. The gentleman working in the dining area went out of his way to make my 2 year old feel welcome. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and delicious. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. We'll be sure to stay here again when we return to the Scranton area.

Definitely top notch in all areas. Checking in and out easy. Breakfast area clean, food choice was excellent, really. The man attending really out performed, constantly refilling the food area, cleaning, disinfecting the table after each person left. Rooms awesome if you want peace and quiet. Bed oh so comfortable. Housekeeping cleaning each room after guests left. Amazing how they were all working as one.

Everything was good overall clean room, comfortable stay, and a solid breakfast. The gentleman running the breakfast was extremely friendly and made the experience better. There was a slight old smell in the building, but it didn’t affect the stay much. Definitely a good hotel for a overnight stop when traveling through. (Or in my case my semi truck breaking down and needing a place to stay while it gets fixed.)

It was a nice hotel we had a flooding in our apartment so we had to stay there for 3 days I am my two boys with me that are autistic and the staff was so friendly and so nice to them but why we were there my son lost his stuffed animal curious George that he had for 12 years he's autistic and he's heartbroken over it I called up there several times and they're saying that they cannot find it anywhere. If anyone that works there is reading this please keep your eyes out for a stuffed animal curious George we stayed in room 115 the first night and then the next two nights are stayed in 225 the front desk has my phone number

If you are traveling here with small children (around 4 feet tall), the pool is fine because they won’t be in over their heads. However, for taller adults, the pool is very shallow — only about 4 feet deep. Additionally, the hot tub is not very hot. The water temperature is okay, but it doesn’t work properly: the jets are broken, and it is not functioning. On the positive side, there is a shower in the pool area that works, though the towel provided is small, more like for children. Another good point is that the pool area was not crowded. Overall, it’s decent for families with small children, but adults looking for a standard pool and a normal hot tub are in the wrong place .The hotel itself was very good – clean, comfortable, and overall well managed. Breakfast was included, and in general it was fine. One of the staff members (a gentleman) was very polite and helpful, and I really appreciated his service. Unfortunately, there was an older lady with glasses working at breakfast who completely ruined the experience. She kept looking at me in a very inappropriate and uncomfortable way, like I was taking something that belongs to her, making me feel sick and uneasy. She stood over me like a correction officer instead of providing friendly service. I feel sorry for her boss to have a worker like this. On top of that, she doesn’t know how to make a waffle and just pretends to look important, instead of realizing she is ruining the reputation of the hotel’s service. Because of her behavior, the breakfast felt unpleasant, even though the hotel itself is nice. Management should pay attention, because one employee like this can seriously damage the reputation of the whole place. Without her, I would have given a 5 star. Price for 2 bed room start from $120.

Service was excellent. The personell at the front desk was quick and courteous. Very friendly and professional. Room was a little dated but bed was comfortable and housekeeping was beyond excellent. Finding the entrance on a dark rainy evening was quite tricky. A little more light could help in that situation. Especially in the road sign that was dark and almost unnoticeable. The best part was breakfast. Had a really nice set up. The gentleman that makes the waffles for you and helps your morning was just amazing. I would stay here again just for the breakfast and service.
